Carvykti

by Johnson & Johnson

Carvykti is a one-time CAR-T cell therapy for relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma available through the Johnson & Johnson Patient Assistance Program.

Carvykti (ciltacabtagene autoleucel) is a BCMA-directed CAR-T (chimeric antigen receptor T-cell) therapy approved for adults with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma who have received at least one prior line of therapy including a proteasome inhibitor, an immunomodulatory agent, and an anti-CD38 monoclonal antibody. It is a personalized, one-time infusion therapy made from the patient's own T cells, which are genetically engineered to recognize and destroy myeloma cells expressing the BCMA protein. Carvykti is manufactured specifically for each patient and administered at certified treatment centers only.
