Darzalex
by Johnson & Johnson
Darzalex is a biologic infusion therapy for multiple myeloma available through the Johnson & Johnson Patient Assistance Program.
Darzalex (daratumumab) is a CD38-directed monoclonal antibody approved for the treatment of multiple myeloma across multiple lines of therapy — including newly diagnosed patients ineligible for stem cell transplant and patients with relapsed or refractory disease. It is one of the most widely used myeloma therapies and has been shown to significantly improve response rates and survival when combined with standard regimens. Darzalex is administered intravenously in a clinical setting. A subcutaneous formulation (Darzalex Faspro) is also available and allows faster administration.
