Elahere is an antibody-drug conjugate for ovarian cancer available for free through the myAbbVie Assist patient assistance program.

Elahere (mirvetuximab soravtansine-gynx) is a folate receptor alpha (FRα)-directed antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) approved for adults with FRα-positive, platinum-resistant epithelial ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer who have received one to three prior systemic treatment regimens. It works by delivering a cytotoxic agent directly to cancer cells that overexpress FRα, sparing healthy tissue. Elahere is administered intravenously in an oncology clinic setting.
