Emrelis

Emrelis (telisotuzumab vedotin-tllv) is a c-Met-directed antibody-drug conjugate approved for adults with locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with c-Met protein overexpression whose disease progressed on or after a prior systemic therapy. It delivers a cytotoxic payload directly to c-Met-overexpressing tumor cells, targeting them while limiting exposure to normal tissue. Emrelis is given intravenously every two weeks in a clinical or infusion center setting.
