Inrebic
by Johnson & Johnson
Inrebic is an oral kinase inhibitor for myelofibrosis available through the Johnson & Johnson Patient Assistance Program.
Inrebic (fedratinib) is an oral JAK2-selective kinase inhibitor approved for the treatment of intermediate-2 or high-risk primary or secondary myelofibrosis in adults. Myelofibrosis is a bone marrow cancer that causes scarring, impairs normal blood cell production, and leads to an enlarged spleen and debilitating systemic symptoms. Inrebic works by inhibiting JAK2 and FLT3, reducing JAK-STAT pathway signaling that drives the disease. It is an option for patients who have already received ruxolitinib and is taken once daily as a capsule with food to reduce the risk of nausea.
