Jemperli

by GlaxoSmithKline (GSK)

Jemperli is an anti-PD-1 immunotherapy for endometrial cancer available through the Together with GSK patient assistance program.

What is Jemperli?

Jemperli (dostarlimab) is a programmed death receptor-1 (PD-1) blocking antibody (checkpoint inhibitor) approved for adults with:

  • Endometrial cancer that is mismatch repair deficient (dMMR) or microsatellite instability-high (MSI-H), in combination with carboplatin and paclitaxel chemotherapy, followed by Jemperli as a single agent
  • Solid tumors that are dMMR/MSI-H and have progressed on prior treatment with no satisfactory alternative options

By blocking the PD-1 pathway, Jemperli helps the immune system recognize and attack cancer cells. It is administered as an intravenous infusion at a healthcare facility.
