Rybrevant

by Johnson & Johnson

Rybrevant is a targeted bispecific antibody for EGFR-mutated non-small cell lung cancer available through the Johnson & Johnson Patient Assistance Program.

Rybrevant (amivantamab-vmjw) is a bispecific antibody that targets both EGFR and MET receptors, approved for adults with locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with EGFR exon 20 insertion mutations whose disease progressed on or after platinum-based chemotherapy. It disrupts both EGFR and MET signaling pathways simultaneously and also engages the immune system to destroy tumor cells. Rybrevant is administered intravenously and can be combined with lazertinib in eligible patients as a chemotherapy-free first-line treatment option.
